My Story
A personal experience led me to explore alternative approaches to health, healing, and personal development. What began as a search for deeper understanding gradually became a lifelong journey of learning, transformation, and helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Worked in the clinical research field, including 5 years as a Clinical Trials Manager. This experience taught me to navigate complex situations, coordinate multiple perspectives, and balance freedom within structure while bringing clarity to each process.

Today, my work intuitively brings together creative processes, body work, energy work, and other personal development tools.
Each session is personalized to what feels most relevant and supportive in the moment. Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface, release what no longer serves, and create space for meaningful and lasting change.
What I Believe
I believe that what feels heavy often carries a deeper message.
When we take the time to listen to the body, the emotions, and the patterns beneath the surface, new understanding begins to emerge.
And when we understand what is asking for attention, change can happen more naturally.
